Issue
When using an Item Reference > Picker (Person or Group) > Name property in an escalation email event, the escalation will error with:
28083 EscalationAction: Unrecognized Guid format
Symptoms
Using an Item Reference > Picker (Person or Group) field > Name property in an Escalation Email will result in this error.
Resolution
A bug was logged to be addressed in a future update.
A possible workaround would be to create a data field and transfer this Picker (Person or Group) > Name property to the data field and use this data field in the escalation email instead.
