Issue
Cannot authorize the Nintex DocGen App in the Admin tab. Receiving error: "Unable to authorize: Unknown authentication error"
Resolution
Please verify the following:
1. The salesforce environment is up to date with: Remote Site Setting, IP Address Whitelisting, and CSP Trust Sites. Please see link below for details.

2. Please verify if your users are using Profile Based - Login IP Ranges. If so, you will need to add our IP Addresses on the Profile Level.
