DocuSign Apps Launcher (dfsle) is installed in Salesforce, but the DocuSign Delivery Option is not showing in Drawloop DocGen.
Additional information
- The Nintex Drawloop DocGen > DocuSign Integration - is configured to recognize the application DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce (dsfs) > Then present a Delivery Option. (see resolution below for new DocuSign Apps Launcher (dfsle))
- DocuSign has Legacy Application download if desired: https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/legacy-dfs-downloads-page
- Nintex Drawloop DocGen does not have a direct integration with the new app. Please post any additional details for specific integration requests on our UserVoice page: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/344250-8-nintex-drawloop-docgen-for-salesforce
Resolution
1. Select a different delivery option > such as Download >
2. Provide the Delivery Option a Name and Save >
3. Change the Record Type >
4. Select DocuSign > Save
