We have a requirement to migrate workflow audit history and version history from Nintex On-prem to Nintex cloud. Can someone suggest the migration approach?
Also, I have another question on Form migration, I read that we can migrate only task forms by leveraging Nintex upgrade center, how can we handle other forms migration to cloud?

There’s no method to migrate workflow audit history into Nintex Automation Cloud. In my experience customers generally maintain a backup of the SharePoint and Nintex Databases that they can re-attach into a test farm if needed for audit purposes.
You can also migrate the Workflow History lists to SharePoint Online though the data loses its metadata references which makes the audit side more difficult.
For Forms Migration, Task Forms and Start Forms can be migrated into NAC. For SharePoint list forms you’d use the migration tooling in the SPFx app on a SharePoint Online list to migrate and upgrade the forms.
