Code Fix: An error occurs when trying to save a SharePoint-based  K2 Form

Issue Description

When opening a K2 Form based on a K2 for SharePoint application where the SharePoint List contains a People or Group column, an error occurs when trying to save the Form.

Error Message

The error states: “A network error has occurred. Unable to execute a server-side operation”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP5 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP5 to apply the fix.
