Issue Description
Workflow instances go into an error state and do not complete when the workflow contains an item reference and the workflow was deleted and re-deployed.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “Item Reference not found ([SmartObject name])”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download and install the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update FP6 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update FP6 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
