Code Fix: When performing an Active Directory sync, errors occur in the HostServer log file

Issue Description

When you perform an Active Directory sync with the new IdentityOnPrem feature, multiple errors pertaining to “ObjectSids” occur in the HostServer log file.

Error Message

The following error is visible in the HostServer log file: “Exception: System.ArgumentNullException:Value cannot be null. Parameter name: objectSid”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP8 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP8 to apply the fix.
