Hello, I am looking for a workflow for digital work permit approval system. Has anyone achieved audit able email signature via workflow in pdf forms? Does Nintex workflow flow have any possibilities? How do we accommodate external users approval? Any pointers welcome.

Nintex can be used with internal and external participants. You can build a form that allows for a wet(digital) signature, or use NintexSign for electronic Signature. NintexSign is auditable and trackable and holds up legally without you adding any other systems. the web signature would require more policies to be adopted for it to carry the same legal weight.
