FIle Storage Location In FIeld on Record Error when Uploading

Beginning today I am having some users get an error when trying to upload an image. I suspect it has something to do with security settings recently created by Salesforce. The error says:

“Failure Creating File and Attachment dsfs.AttachmentTrigger: execution of Afterinsert caused by: System.NoAccessException: Access Blocked Requires Extra Verification (DSFS)”

Can someone point me in the right direction to figure out what new access I need to give to users who have been able to do this for a number of years?

    Hi Rich, are you still experiencing this issue, or have you been able to find a solution in the meantime?

    what type of users are having the issue? Is it community/site guest users by any chance?

    What version of Skuid are you running? In what environment is the error occurring? (e.g., internally in Salesforce, in Lightning, in a community)
