Issue
User error message received is "Error sending Salesforce email for...". This is seen after migrating document packages and the error could be seen when using Outbound Messaging
Resolution
- Navigate to Delivery Option
- Removed and Re-uploaded your Email template on the delivery option
- Re-saved the Org-Wide Email address in your delivery option.
