Error: "Error in task. Input string was not in a correct format" with Nintex Task Forms with Office 365

ISSUE

When attempting to use normal buttons instead of radio buttons with Task Forms, you will get the following error when submitting task:
"Error in task. Input string was not in a correct format"

ERROR CODE

"Error in task. Input string was not in a correct format"
