Paging is disabled for K2 Roles in the Management site

Issue

Paging is disabled in the Roles section of the K2 Management site:
Users > Roles

By default you can only see 10 Roles on this page, but if you execute the GetRoles method from the UMRole SmartObject you will see all configured Roles in the environment. Because of this you are now unable to edit or update all the Roles as needed.

Symptoms

It is unclear what caused the environment to be in this state but the steps below resolved the issue.

Resolution

Installing the latest Fix Pack at the time (FP13) for K2 5.2 resolved the issue.
