Issue

An endless spinner appears when you try to access your K2 Worklist, either the Worklist control in SmartForms or the K2 Worklist web part.

Symptoms

When your K2 Worklist is loading, an endless spinner appears and your worklist items are not visible.

If you access the developer tools in your Internet browser, you will see the following error:

"Cannot read property 'split' of null".

Resolution

One possible cause for this could be that explicit rights were set for Default Template Permissions in K2 Workspace or the Environment Library Security settings on the K2 Management Site. Please remove any explicit rights that you may have.

This issue will be addressed in a future version of K2.
