Additional Information
Please check the Drawloop_Next field, is there a specified 'User to Send As'?
Is there a specified a User to Send As in the Outbound Message?
These two must match.
Options: Remove the userID from the Drawloop_Next field or update the User to Send As on the Outbound Message.
