Issue
Users trying to access a Nintex Promapp site may get the following error:

Resolution
Replace the Single Sign on certificate with the new certificate in Nintex Promapp
- Login as a Promaster using the web address https://yourPromappURL/home/bypass
- Go to Admin > Configure > Security
- Paste the new certificate in the SSO - x.509 Certificate setting
Additional Information
If a Promaster does not have a password set, you can reset this by going to https://yourPromappURL/home/bypass and using the forgot password link. If this doesn't work, please email support@nintex.com to help you.
