Issue
Removing users from treatment sign off stakeholder list and changing regime to First Only leaves the treatment unable to be signed off
Resolution
- Reset the sign off scheme and first sign off date to to trigger an new sign off for the treatment and void the existing sign off.
- Add an additional person to the sign off temporarily to enable the treatment to be signed off.
- Get the risk owner to ‘Sign off for all’.
