Code Fix: When redirecting a worklist item, Viewflow still displays the original destination user

Issue Descriptions

Issue 1

When you use the SmartForms Worklist control or K2 API to redirect a worklist item, the original destination user is displayed in Viewflow > Activity > Participants, instead of the new redirected destination user.

Issue 2

When configuring the task with an escalation email and you redirect the worklist item, the new redirected user does not receive the escalation email.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP9 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP9 to apply the fix.
  4. Start a new instance of the workflow.

Considerations

The fix will only be applied to new workflow instances.
