Issue

After upgrade to version 4.3.0.11 of Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2016, Nintex List form webpart is missing on page load

 

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest version of Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2016

 

Additional Information

This is a known issue in version 4.3.0.11 and is under investigation
