Why an assigned 'Viewer' of a specific Improvement Portfolio still cannot view an incident under that portfolio?
Answer
Because the Restricted checkbox is Ticked for the incident in its Overview > Edit > Assignment Details.
Each incident can also be restricted from its Overview apart from restricting it from its Improvement Portfolio level.
