Issue
Copying HTML template for a mail body from outlook mail while designing using Chrome or EDGE the formatting is lost on pasteSymptoms
All mail formatting is lost after pasting
Resolution
This is a know issue in K2 Cloud Update 6 and will be fixed in the near future.Workarounds:
1) Make use of IE to design
2) Copy the outlook template to Gmail mail composer and then copy from Gmail to paste in mail body when designing using Chrome or EDGE
