How to delete a system from Nintex Process Manager?

Instructions

You first need to disaasociate all the Processes that are tagged with that system following that you can delete the system. Go to Admin > Systems and click the edit icon (🖊) to edit the system.

  1. Rename the system and remove the tags, e.g. 'z' that is unlikely to appear in any Processes.
  2. Reindex your system tags by selecting Re-index System from the cogwheel menu or the blue message that should be showing in your systems menu.
  3. When the systems tag reindexing has run, this will have removed the tags from any Processes it was tagged in, and you will then be able to delete the systems tag.
