Send an Email action does not support HTML based emails

12560i095278E7AE9274D2.pngThe Send an Email action in the Form Designer appears not to support HTML based emails however the Send Email step in the K2 Workflow designer supports HTML based emails.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When will the Email action in the Forms Designer support HTML based emails?

    This is currently a planned feature for future release in the product, for now please follow this link: https://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt148879  to find two possible ways to work around this.
