Our Nintex form contains an attachment control, wherein users are adding file names with "Arabic font". Can someone please suggest if this is accepted as a valid character, if not, how the form can be validated for such names.

Please note that we are using "Nintex Responsive form" in this case.

Hi @Amritha

I just did a quick test to check for you and I think it is working for me, I just wanted to check that I had done the steps in the way you have.

To try find out where the issue is can you answer/provide the following please?

  1. Can you please provide a screenshot of the error? (full screen please)
  2. perhaps a file as an example (please do not include anything sensitive information)
  3. Can you upload an export of the form?
  4. Please advise what browser you are using?
  5. Please test on another browser
  6. Please test another file with an Arabic name
  7. Can you check and provide the version of Nintex forms you are using? this can be found by clicking on Information>About in the form designer.

Hi @Jake,

Thanks for looking into this. The issue is occurring when we try to view Attachment in the Form after Submission. I have attached the error message here.
