Nintex Workflows for SharePoint 2013 System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Invalid flags specified.

After applying April Windows Security Patches (KB5036960, KB5036627, KB5036614, KB5035037021), 

Certain workflows are failing with the following error.  It appears to occur after a pause workflow action.
