Issue
The following error is logged when trying to install K2:
RegisterServicedComponent.Execute: Logged Error: EventBus register failed, please register assemblies manually: C:Program FilesK2Host ServerBinSourceCode.EventBus.EventAdmin.dll: The Transaction Manager is not available.

Resolution
Ensure the windows service "Distributed Transaction Coordinator" in K2 App and K2 Database servers are running.
