choose between SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflow

Hi,

 

Just wondering if there is a way to create a Nintex Workflow on Office 365 and select whether to use the 2010 Workflow or the 2013 Workflow engine?

No, that is not possible. It works only in 2013 WF.
