Value Entered into Form on a Single of text control is Unexpectedly Converted to Hex String

Issue

When a value entered into a Nintex form Single line of text control is being converted to a Hex String after the forms got submitted. 

Resolution

Update to the latest version of Nintex For Sharepoint 2013.
