When using the PDF Converter Service to convert a form to a PDF, the below error message is thrown:

"Failed to convert to PDF. Unable to connect to the K2 PDF Converter Service." This is generally followed by a correlation ID.

Instructions

For K2 Cloud customers, please log a support case with a request to check on the status of the PDF Converter Service.  Generally, this error indicates that the service is currently stopped, so a restart should resolve the issue.
