Is there a way to only have ONE option in an Assign Flexi Task?

Jump to solution

I don't want to have both Approve and Reject options, rather I just want someone to be able to Acknowledge the task by having a single "Acknowledge" option.

Thanks!

yes, it's possible, but you have to select 'do not create branches' in advanced options.

‌ are you aware of a way to accomplish this in O365 using the Assign a Task or Start a Task Process actions?

I've got a work-around using customization to the task form, but it's not ideal. I'd love if there was a way to simply "acknowledge" a task in the cloud.

Patrick, the post that Ryan mentioned is the answer to your question. I followed it in my tenant and it all works for me. So just follow the steps mentioned there and you're home
