Administrators can configure which Nintex eSign User is used for sending envelopes at the User, Profile, and Organizational levels. The Standard functionality ensures the User’s Salesforce email matches the eSign (AssureSign) Username. If this is not desired or possible, the Nintex eSign User Settings will allow for specification of which eSign User is being used for either Users, Profiles, or the Organization-wide level.
Instructions
To configure a Nintex eSign Context User, Navigate to:
- Salesforce Setup
- Custom Settings
- Nintex eSign User Settings
- Manage
- Then, set the Nintex AssureSign Context User at the Salesforce User, Profile, or Organization Level. Here, specify the eSign (AssureSign) Username the Envelopes should be sent from the eSign (AssureSign) Account.
If a User meets multiple criteria, the following hierarchy is checked, and the first valid level is selected.
- User Level
- Profile Level
- Organization Level
