Can I have consecutive set a condition fields?

Jump to solution

I have 9 fields on a form where attendees of a site visit can ‘sign on’ I want a workflow so when person a prepares the form and puts all the attendee names in the form the work flow will notify them that they need to modify the form and sign on.

If I set a condition that if attendee 1 field is filled in - no- end work flow and if yes send notification then set another condition for attendee 2 position?

Can someone help help me with the structure of this one please :)

novice user here so please please try and be kind

Re: Can I have consecutive set a condition fields?

Hi Bianca,

there are multiple ways to create this workflow. Maybe you can simply do the following:

  • Add a "Run If" action in your workflow and configure the condition to something like "Where [Attendee 1 field] is not empty"
  • Inside this "Run if" action you put a "send notification" action
  • Use your "Attendee 1 field" as mail recipient and use the "Item URL" from the "Insert reference" dialog to provide a link to the form
  • Repeat the same for all other attendees

Finished workflow could look like this (only first to attendees shown here):
