Issue Description
When you use the standard AppOnly OAuth resource to authenticate the Exchange Web Services for K2 SmartActions, Task Notification Emails, and EmailEvent, an admin is required to give impersonation rights.

Error Message:
The following error occurs: “The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user”
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.6) Fix Pack 07.
- K2 Five (5.5) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 17.
- K2 Five (5.4) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 13.
- K2 Five (5.3) January 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 04.
- K2 Five (5.2) June 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 02.
- K2 blackpearl (4.7) January 2023 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 01.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
