Multi-picklist not showing

I have a multi picklist.  When I select 2 or more selections.  If I then want to search the field for one of the picklist items it does not show when the record has 2 or more items selected.

Can you provide an XML example of this behavior using only Standard Objects and fields? If so, I’ll take a look at it and see what we can do.
