Issue
When using the unlocker, this error is received:
The automatic logon has failed. Please run LogonExpert Administrator and make sure that the logon name and password are entered correctly.

Resolution
Go to search on the bottom right of screen and type Services.
Open Services App and stop the LogonExpert Service
