Scheduled Triggers are not working when user is disconnected from machine

The article contains information in the scenario when the Scheduled triggers are working only when the machine has an established Remote Desktop Connection. Once the RDP session is closed the Robot is unable to pickup and execute tasks.

 

Instructions 
During the investigation it was discovered that some of the entries in Seq showed the following error message:
 



Based on the Error codes below, we were able to reach to the conclusion that the user was not able to to authenticate, which was causing the Robot not being able to authenticate. The solution is to check if the OS credentials were updated and if they were updated in the console as well.
