Tip of the day! Recently a few of our team members were not able to install RPA Studio. In-product message indicating “Installation Failed”. Upon further discovery we realized that our IT team recently deployed an application, called BeyondTrust, that manages access to the system resources requested by any software being installed across our network. The issue was caused by the policy configuration of the "Beyond Trust" application. The policy configuration was set to allow access to the system resource for "Kryon Systems" as the publisher of the software being installed. However, we recently updated the SSL certificate we use in order to sign Nintex RPA Studio installers and the new publisher name is "Nintex". The new publisher name was not configured in BeyondTrust and therefore it prevented users to install RPA Studio. In summary, if you are running into this issue, reach out to your IT team and ask if your organization subscribes to such Identity & Access Management applications and validate that “Nintex” is in its policy configuration.
