With just a few simple steps, you can have access to some of the most Important assets of the Kryon Platform, the logs.
Prerequisites: To start using the SmartInspect, you need to have the Kryon platform installed.
 
Steps:

Install Smart Inspect:

The following video demonstrates how to install SmartInspect on your device for extraction of logs and analyze what errors and warnings might be found in your server and clients. It is essential to install SmartInspect especially for the cases where you don’t know how to resolve the issue, to allow Kryon Customer Success team get access to the logs they need to understand the origin of a specific problem you are facing.

SmartInspect displays all the activity of the Kryon server and Kryon clients. In this video demonstration, you will learn how to work with SmartInspect, how to filter information that is most relevant for you, and how to interpret the information found in there. 

 

 

Finding Kryon Logs:
