Error in manual start of component workflow

Hi 

i am trying to manually start a component workflow but received below error, may i ask why?

[WorkflowExecution.IO.XtensionExecute.ConnectorErrorResponse] Received an error response from the connector: BadRequest: The user does not exist or is not unique. (Correlation Id: ac9162ca-4509-4b4c-b1ff-6d10f4329698)

Hello @mjliu , are you starting the component workflow from with the Dashboard?

 

If you go into instances, can you see if it fails straight away or on action in the workflow?
