Is there a way to display an access denied message on a link to a Nintex form instead of it be stuck indefinitely loading?

When a user clicks on a link to a form they do not have access to which is normally sent to them through an email link sent by a workflow, the linked page will be stuck showing the loading page below.

Is there anyway for a message to appear showing ‘access denied’ instead of this loading page. This loading page causes some confusion at times and having it show ‘access denied’ or something similar would help a lot.

This is on Nintex for Office 365.

We can try raising it with Nintex support as the access denied message that is displayed is from SharePoint’s end. If it is a cloud form, I think we need to raise it with Nintex support.

Hi @phrilly,

As @Mittu has already advised, I suggest you open a case with Nintex support to investigate this issue further.
