Delete an Improvement Portfolio ++

I have created an Improvement Portfolio by mistake - can anyone tell me how I delete this portfolio please?

Also, does anyone know if you can copy a current portfolio as the fields are similar and rather than redo another portfolio, just rename a copied version of a current portfolio.

Thanks

Hi @Ali_Dymond,

To delete the portfolio created in error, you just need to navigate to Admin > Improvements, and then select the portfolio in question. Once you’ve done that, you should have the option to delete it, as per the screenshot below:

With regards to your question about copying an improvement portfolio, there isn’t currently functionality to support this. If however you feel that this is a feature that would be of significant benefit, it can be submitted via the Nintex Ideas portal - https://ideas.nintex.com. If the idea garners sufficient support, it could be prioritised for inclusion in a future release of the product.

Hope this helps 😊

Kind Regards,

Mark.

That’s great, thanks Mark (@MarkduToit) - perhaps I should have opened my eyes a little more 😁.  I may put forward the idea but not sure it will get much support.  thanks again
