Great question, and yes we are actually looking into it. A couple of things we have to address first. As NLG (like ChatGPT) engines tend to provide wrong answers some of the time even when you have fed all the right information. We are currently looking at a mixed approach prescriptive answers to questions like a chatbot with NLG to try and answer things when there are no answers available. Stay tuned as it is an exciting area.
