Drop down List control FONT, come on there has to be a View applied method?

Hi,I have an item view with 3 drop down list controls. The font must be Arial 12 and despite setting it on the Style, it is not applied.How can i change the Drop down List controls (just on this View) to Arial 12?The dropdown itself can be widened both horizontally and vertically via Padding, but the font stays the same when selecting an item from the list and afterwards.I do not want to change the theme, as that will affect all forms.Is there a scripty way (using a data label, literal and some script) to change the font on these controls please?Thanks,

End the workflow at any time - K2 for SharePoint

Hi All, I have a requirement where there is a workflow which has lots of approvals and mail activivties. The client wants a requirement like he wants to end the workflow at the change of status column in SharePoint = Closed. I couldn't find a way to write code in K2 for Sharepoint which can be done using that. Could any one suggest a better way to do that? Note: Worfklows are created using K2 for SharePoint Thanks in Advance!Ramya

We have installed k2 on stand alone server also add k2 app on site but while configuring k2 app on sharepoint site, facing below error"K2 Application Configure server could not be found, or is not checked in."

Problems logging out K2

Dear all,Our K2 Five use the Windows STS. We encountered a problem when we use the User menu to logout. Logout URL: https://[hostname]/workspace/_trust/Logout.aspx?ReturnURL=https%3A%2F%2F[hostname]%2Fworkspace%2F. K2 does not log out but back to workspace page.Can you tell me how can I log out?Thans very much!

Form disconnected control saying it is still connected

Hi I have a control that was originally set up outside of a repeating section. It was then decided to move it into the repeating section which I did. I disconnected the field from the main list column. However even though the properties say it is disconnected, when I hover over the control it says it is still connected. Is this a bug? I guess the only way around this for the moment is to delete and recreate the control.

Using DocuSign Connector actions with multiple signers

I am using the DocuSign (DS) populate template action, retrieve envelope status and downloaddocument actions. The WF is working great. Begins by populating a  SharePoint list Send document offer letter to candidate Candidate reviews, signs and submits document WF poles DS waiting for document to be complete One document is complete and returned to DS the DS Download Document action grabs the doc and puts it      in an SP doc lib. This all works well and is very cool. The part that I have not figured out yet is how to have the Recruiter (the one who sends thedocument to the Candidate) sign the document after the candidate has signed andreturned the document but before the WF grabs the document and puts it in SP. It is working great when I have only one signature, ie. that of the recipient, the person I amsending the contract to.

Workflow not undeclaring for checked out files

Hi, I have an 'undeclare' workflow (designed in SharePoint designer) that has only 1 action which is 'undeclare current item' The way my workflow works is that it undeclares the current document (as a record) then copies it over to another folder.  All of this happens while the file is checked out to a service account. The undeclare workflow gets called from Nintex workflow. I have this set up running in 4 sites. 3 sites are working and 1 of it is throwing off an error 'file is checked out is checked out for editing by SHAREPOINTsystem". This error shows up once the 'undeclare' workflow is called from within Nintex workflow Could you please let me know what is that could be making the undeclare workflow not fire despite having the file checked-out? (which works in other 3 sites?) Thanks!

O365 Workflow Approval Help

Hey all! Need a little help here with an O365 workflow build. We are using "Start a Task Process" in the hopes of setting up an approval that needs ALL THREE of the approves to OK the item before moving on to the next stage. Problem is the workflow is APPROVING regardless if someone rejected. I've played around with state machine a bit, but am still getting an approval regardless if one person rejects. I thought about setting up a query, but am not sure if there's an easier way to do it (and not 100% sure of how to set up the query). I'm learning Nintex for O365 as I go, so any help would be incredible!!! Thank you!!!

send email based on status workflow

Hello everyone, I am new to working with nintex workflows.  I would appreciate any insight on how I can build this out.  I have created  form that internal employees submit.  Once it is submitted the they get an email confirm that it got submitted and then the reviewer gets an email that a new item was added.  Now the problem that I am having is that once the reviewer goes in and changes the status of the form it doesn't send any notifications.  I can only get it to send when it gets created.  I also noticed that my workflow keeps unselecting Start when an item is changed from the workflow settings. That's what my form looks like when the reviewer goes and edits the item.  It is defaulted to In-Review for status.  Below is what my workflow looks like:I am using the state machine as it seemed like it would do that i needed to do.  Under In Review the state change i have it to move over to Approved and under Approved state change I have to to move to Adjudicated which is the last column.

List View - Column identification on row click

Hi All, There is requirement to show checkbox in the List view first column. I was able to achieve using <input> tag, change it on row click. Can I identify the column when the user clicks on the row. So that only when user clicks on the column where the checkbox is shown then only the selection is made. For now when user clicks anywhere in the row the checkbox is selected. User has to click again to unselect if not need. Please let me know if there is any way to identify the column on list item click event. Thanks and Regards,Poornima TS

Dear all, When we call "SAP BAPI" via "K2 Connect For SAP", we encounter the following problems:SAP BAPI Structure and Method：SAP BAPI name: SAP TestInput Parameter: T_ROS(Parameter Name), Table(DataType)Output Parameter: T_RETURN(Parameter Name), Table(DataType)Only use the test tool provided by "K2 Connect For SAP" to call the BAPI method. The result is that when two data are passed in "T_ROS", if the first one is in the wrong format, the return value indicates the first format error. If the format is all correct, then Both returned successfully.However, after using "K2 Connect For SAP" to generate "Service Object" for "SAP BAPI" and then "Smart Object" for "Service Object", the “ExecuteBulkScalar” method provided by K2 backend is used, regardless of whether the first format is wrong or not. List workflow not being started by site workflow

I have a site workflow that runs daily and finds items that are supposed to be "reset" today (have certain fields cleared or set to specific values). Once it gets the list of items to be "reset," it's supposed to start a list level workflow on each of those items. The query works, the for each works, and it claims the "Start Workflow" action works as I get a "success." However, the list level workflow is never started on the items.Action config: Workflow Info: None of the fields are reset on the items and when I look at the workflows on the item, nothing is showing as having run. I also did check the "See All Workflows" link, not just the "workflows run by me"

First, I'm a total newb so please be gentle with me! I've searched for something like this and not really found anything.  The closest thing I've found is https://community.nintex.com/message/53437-date-field-formating-rules I have a start time, an end time, and an all day event checkbox on my form.  If the all day event option is checked, I want the start time to be 12:00AM and the end time to be 11:59PM BUT I want those times hidden.  I can live with it if there's no way to hide the time portion and pre-load the times, but I need the time hidden.  Think about how outlook/exchange would handle this, if you want a reference. If the all day is not selected then I want the times to show. The underlying data is date and time in SharePoint. I want to avoid JavaScript because I understand it can cause some challenges with mobile devices.  But if that's the only way, then I can live with that. Oh!  and if that isn't way too much already, I need to validate that the end date/time is after the

Creating a package

When I am creating a package there is an error message on the workflows but they working fine in practice on in the development site. Can anybody offer and advice on how ro reslove this. Additionally I am also getting the following message "Not enough quota is available to process this command". Has any body experienced this before and is for how did you resolve it  Thanks

I am sending an email and would like to loop through a number of files and attach each one to the email. How can that be done? Not using SharePoint, the files are coming from Azure.

Tickboxes

Hi, I'm relatively new to Forms On my form I have two separate yes/no tickboxes for users. If a user ticks yes on one of the tickboxes then I want the other tickbox  to be disabled so they can't choose an option on it. Any ideas on how to do this? Cheers
