save attachments in a folder

Hello. I have a simple form with an option where the user can attach a file. What do I need to do in order to save this attachment in a folder on sharepoint? The problem sounds very simple but I tried all day to solve it and did not manage. I am using Nintex for Office 365 online. When I check the xml file NFFormData, the attachment name is there <Attach1 type="System.String">picture_123.jpg</Attach1>. But what can I do to actually upload it and put the document somewhere in a folder.Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Worklist item could not be opened

Hi Everyone, I deployed a Process on Prod enviroment while testing i encounter this error "Worklist item could not be opened. 24411 K2:XXXxxx is not allowed to open the worklist item with SN=169702_101". This error occur while trying to open the form please note that this form has not been action. Please assistance will be duly appreciated

Publishing Botflow Popup not allowing Ok to be selected

Background: I am trialling Foxtrot in order to compare with the software my company currently uses for RPA, and in order to do so I wish to try out running processes through Foxhub. I am currently running version 15.1.1. So I previously posted about having trouble publishing botflows as there was no publish button in my foxtrot version - that is now solved, updating to 15.1.1 fixed that issue. However, now when I click the publish link and the popup appears, when I click the OK button nothing happens. The cancel and X buttons still work, its just the ok button that isn't working. I have tried leaving it for 10 minutes after clicking the OK button, incase there was a delay, but still nothing.I have also tried with a different file, and after restarting my machine, all with no result. I would appreciate help with this. Thanks, Caitlin

CRM Dynamics integration - Option set value

We recently added a CRM service instance on our K2 Five UAT platform to connect to a DYnamics 365 UAT instance (currently used only for contact management). This worked out and I can see contact information in K2 coming from Dynamics. One of the fields we added to the Contact entity in Dynamics 365 has a global option set as choices, please see screenshot below.Does someone have an idea how I can do this? Thanks!

Required documents when choosing package

Hi all,  When on the selection screen of our available packages, to the right of the package there's a "Select optional documents to include:" section. The problem is, none of the documents shown are optional.How do we delete this section from the screen, as it is confusing to our users? Thanks, Louis

I wanted to keep track of the time and date of user access of a nintex form. Since there is multiple user needs to access & review it and put their initials on the form. how can I do that ?

Send follow up email 1 year after completion of eform

Hello,  We are currently running K2 Blackpearl 4.6.11 and run our database on Oracle. We have an existing eform which captures employees driving license details. I have a request in asking if it would be possible to send employees a follow up email 1 year after the approval date to review their details.  My query is would this be possible?  As the efrom has been approved it would be in the state of complete and the workflow actions would be finished.  I would be grateful for any help or assistance.  Regards,Niall

Migrating from Local exchange to Office 365 Exchange

Just trying to see how we would go about performing a migration from our local exchange up to the Office 365 Exchange Online database as part of the Workflow designer in K2 Cloud. Curious if anyone else has been able to perform this functionality.

Can't access customer Support and Currently having trouble on Nintex Online

I'm having a bunch of trouble accessing the Customer Central. Always (even after reseting my password) getting no contact or account found for this email. Currently on a Nintex Workflow I'm having the following messages:  Migration status for your tenant cannot be accessed. Please try again later.   Connection Manager is temporarily unavailable.   This action has been upgraded and now supports the new Connection manager. Create or select an existing connection in the dropdown below. Click here to learn more.   What can I do to solve this issue. What does it mean Migration Status for your tenant cannot be accessed???   Thanks, Sérgio

Email Smart Actions

Hi Team, is it possible to capture the Email Details like Email Subject & Body of the email from Email Listner while K2 Smart action is processing/after Processing the email. the requirement is to have a email repository for the Task and show all the emails relavant to the the Task in K2 while Approver/User is Processing the request. Please let me know if any one have any thoughts Thanks,Madhu

Worklist Load More / Show Less

Is there a way to do a 'Show Less' on the K2 Task WorkList View?   Had a user say that after they click on the button for Load 10 More - it'd be nice to have a 'Show Less' option.Couldn't see any way or any documentation for that type of feature.

Current User values are not getting updated

Hi All, Can anyone let me know from where K2 is resolving the System Values --> Current User Values?  I have a case where display name of a user has been changed in Active direcory (AD user SO is giving new name as output) but the value coming in System Values --> Current User --> Display Name is still the old name. Adding all collection items (numbers) and return the result using Nintex for office 365 workflow

HI, Is there any way to add all the items is a collection without for each loop. I have a list which has 8 to 10 categories and I need to all 5 - 6 columns for each category. It means if I am using for each loop for each category and each column , I need 40 - 50 foreach loops. It is not efficient. Could you please advise me if there is any other way to do the addition of a sharepoint online list columns without foreach loop in Nintex workflow from office 365? Is there any way to add all the items in a collection in O365 Nintex

how to get list of values assigned to a data field

Hi, I have a smart object which gets list of rows and I want to assign one particular coloumn(Comments column) values to a data field.I am getting only the top item of the list assigned to the data field in workflow.I am able to get this in K2 designer, but i want this in workflow to send the list of comments in a mail event.How can i achieve this? Thanks,Pradeep

Switch the Workflow version for running workflows

Hello, I want to "move" several running workflows to the "latest" version. I was searching for it and found these tools:https://community.k2.com/t5/General-K2-Utilities/K2-Management-Shell but the cmdlet "Get-K2ProcessInstance" for getting the process instances gives me an authorization error:K2 Management Shell Error: 'ClientException: 28018 K2:DOMAINUSER does not have permissions to open the processat SourceCode.Workflow.Client.InternalConnection.Call(ArchiveX ar, MessageType msgtype)at SourceCode.Workflow.Client.Connection.OpenProcessInstance(Int32 ID)at K2ManagementShell.GetK2ProcessInstance.ProcessRecord()' What authority am I missing?In fact none of our Users can do this. LDAP User not added to identity table k2

I have 2 UM used in k2 Which is AD and LDAP, however only AD user that is capable of logging in into k2 designer management etc. When i check if my LDAP user is readable in k2, i use the URM user smartobjects to get users with LDAP lableand i get 1 user. I tried to login using said account but it cannot login. Then after i check in Identity.Identity table (to my understanding this table is the table which save users)the LDAP user is not registered there. I've set the claims,issuers, and realms in management site to use LDAP as user login but to no avail. I've also refresh the URM cache in said table and restart the service and it's still not working. Is there any solution for this? thanks.

Check for duplicate row entry?

Hi, Anyone suggest the best way to address duplicates entry while a user is filling in a form? I have an editable list where the user enters info into several fieldsThe user can add many records while filling in the form and could also accidently enter the same record twice (on the same submission) How do i best do a check to if any duplicates appear in the submission before it is SAVED to the smartobject?If there is a duplicate, i want to drop it back to the screen and not save. Any ideas?

Batch Method on all items query

Hi, I have an editable list and occasionally users enter a record, and i occasionally get duplicate records saved, even though the PDF clearly shows that there was only one record on the screen upon submission. Users can edit, delete, add records to the editable list as they please, but I'm wondering if it's this rule which runs when the user click submit:  I've tested many times and it works ok as intended, but for the odd user its duplicating what they submit.Should the create, save and delete run as a Batch? Any ideas?

Disable Form tab in K2 Workspace mobile APP

Hi, Is it possible to disable the "Form" tab in the a details section and left only the "Info" tab? I want to allow users to use only quict actions on a tasks and prevent them from opening a forms. Kind regards,Piotr

Restrict Duplicate Bookings in SharePoint Calendar through K2 smartform

Hi Experts, I am building a solution to utilize sharepoint calendar as a list and allow user to book the same through my custom smart form. The challange I am facing is that there is not option to restrict the duplicate booking by design in SharePoint Calendar.  More Details: - I have created a sharepoint Calendar- converted the same in K2 objects using the K2 Blackpearl app- Creating a custom form to book the calendar by having start time and end time date picker on the form- I want to show the user a message if there is a conflict in time which is already booked on the calendar(ideally check from the filled entries in calendar list) This is really urgent for me, any quick help would be highly appreciated.  RegardsGaurav Mehta

Repeating Section on Form

I've read a lot of the forums, but am still confused on how to add a repeating section to my O365 Nintex Form.  It is similar to an Invoice where the repeating section is Project ID/Name list and an amount field.  Should my main list form have a lookup to the Project ID/Name list and then the values of that repeating section be saved in an Line Item List? A couple of post I read were saying to use a multiple line text field to save the XML, that just confuses me more.  I feel this shouldn't be so complicated. Is there a How-To on how to create something like this?

Update word document content control title values in SharePoint online using K2 designer workflow

Hi All, I have MS Word document template in SP library with content type fields and that templates should be updated by using K2 workflow. This can be achieved in Nintex workflow by using component "Update Document", is there any similar component in K2 workflow to accomplish this. Please find the attached image with some variables I am using K2 with SharePoint. ThanksSurya

Triggering a Workflow from Azure SQL Database

Hello,  I was wondering if there was a way to trigger a workflow from a Azure SQL Database. We are connecting a UiPath robot to the database and are trying to figure out if it is possible to kickoff the workflow when the database is updated. Thanks!Jim
