How many Rules or Variables Can be Created in Nintex for Office 365, With New Repsonsive Designer

We are designing a complex Form in Nintex for Office 365 with New Resposive Designer. We whould need almost 30 groups contole to be desplayed one at a time depending on a Choice control. So, we will have a lot of groups, rules and variables. Is there any limit how many Rules, Variables or Group Controls you can have in a form. This form will realy be complicated because We would have more then 30 different looks depending on the inital selection in a choice contol.   Thanks, James

Nintex Responsive Forms - Approval on the form?

I am developing with the Nintex New Responsive form, This form requires an approver. How can we develop it to a form where the Approvers actually approve it ON the form and NOT using the Sharepoint task management or using the Lazy approval?   I want the Approvers to probably click on a button to sign the form and complete the approval process. Is there a tutorial video that shows this is even possible? Or this has to be only on NWC?

Using the Task SmartObject GetWorkListItems

Hi,  I am trying to use the GetWorkListItems on the Task Smartobject, but I am struggling to use the RegularFilter.  Can someone explain what needs to go here, and in what format? I am trying to call this method from a form/view, with the end goal to re-direct a task. I beleive I have all the information I need to redirect the Task, except the Task ID. The only way to get this, I think, is to use the GetWorkListItems method, but if anyone knows of another way, then please let me know! Cheers! Matt

Sum Repeating Section Values in Responsive Designer

I am trying to create a form in the Responsive Designer with a repeating section and a total cost field. In the repeating section I have a numeric field. I would like all the numeric fields to be totaled in the total cost field.   In the responsive designer it seems this is not an option to get fields within the repeating section to sum().   Has anyone else figured out how to accomplish this?

Unable to create parallels in a process

Have a bit of a funny one.. I have 4 processes that although I am in edit mode, I can't create parrallels - the options are greyed out and won't let me select.I am a Promaster and currently the Process Expert and Owner of these. Can do it no problems with other processes - is this an odd glitch that I can fix or should I archive and recreate? Thanks in advance, Sam

caching results from service instance

Hi forum, i have created some advaced smart objects that gets data from a REST service. The REST service is just one endpoint that delivers multiple sql tables within one result. It's just the way it is and i cannot change it :-)Every advanced smo retrieves the complete result, but only parses the corresponding table. So if there is a lot of data within the result, a lot of data will be queried multiple times. So is there a way that the REST service instance will cache the result? Thanks in advance! regards,Bert

Does Azure Active Directory integration need K2 on-premise accessible via internet to consent?

All the configuration and access have been meet as per requirement but i'm still getting this error during the Azure AD consent. Do i need to make the K2 Url accessible by internet?

START SEND button in the Image Gallery does not work.

Hello, in the update of K2 v2.10.2 in the Image Gallery tab and in 'Create a New Image Gallery or Edit an Existing One', upload the photos and the START SEND button does not work.This only occurs on Cell Phones because this button and the Add File (green) are one below the other and something goes wrong. I tried to give them a space via CSS but I couldn't, or I changed the wrong file. On desktop everything works very well because the buttons are side by side.Can you guide how to resolve the issue or CSS to adjust this?Thank you.

How to select a row in a list view

Is there a possibilty to select a row in list view programmatically (via rule or javascript code), so that the item click event will be fired? E.g. select the row with id = 1234.One thing to mention: a "list item click"-method exists for a view, but there a no input mappings for it. So, what is it good for?

How to Identify when a form is opened on Mobile or desktop

Hello All, We have few forms that are going to be opened on both, desktops and mobile. The mobile apps will have the tasks and users can select which tasks to open, forms will load and actions will be recorded. My question is is there a way  to accomplish the following? 1- when a user gets an email for a task, can we send 2 links, one for desktop that would open the form in the browser and one for mobile that would open the K2 mobile app?2- if the app opens the form, is there a way to hide few controls/views that would look hideous on mobile (IE list view with lots of columns) I have looked and found that there is a folder called Application Forms under system in the designer, is this where the forms for the applications are stored? if so, how do you set a workflow user task to use 2 forms,  to use both the one here under this folder and the one for the desktop? ( when you run a smart form task, you have to select a single form with a single state) I know this is a long shot, but it's

Error in Workflow Deployment: Missing field FormsRuntimeURLField

I'm attempting to deploy a very simple workflow, with a start and a task step.  I'm getting this error:Missing reference at SmartFormField in Event 'Task' in Activity 'Task'. Error: The environment field FormsRuntimeUrlField does not exist or might have been deleted.I located the environments in the Management module and can confirm that there is no variable by that name.  If it try to create it, I have to specify a value for it and I have no idea what that value should be.Can anyone offer any help on this, either to correctly configure the variable or else work around the problem?Thanks!

Regular Filter in Smart Object

I would lke to apply a regular filter to SMO 'Task' to filter out data.However, there are no reference on the web. Wild guess had got me stressed and still error was resulted.I do not know what text to type for the SMO 'Regular Filter'. (Attached) which includes:1. ColumnName2. Condition3.Comparission4.ParameterValue.  My desire filter: A field called 'A' to equals to current user's name 'B'. Anyone could help please? Thanks!

Start Workflow when modified conditions, difference between Sibling and Child Branches

Hi,I'm hoping someone can help me with my query. I am currently building a workflow which involves multiple statuses due to there being multiple differnent outcomes from this workflow. I am trying to configure the settings of the workflow to start the flow when an item is modified and only when the status is set to certain values.  When I enter all the values i want using "Sibling" conditions, it only includes one "Or" logical operator, and i have 11 values which i would like the workflow to trigger on (this is a big process with multiple approval processes). Will using "Sibling" conditions against "Start when an item is Modified" in the workflow settings achieve what i am setting out to do? Thanks for any assistance.

Restrict deletion of repeating section row

I want to prevent deleting of any rows of a repeating section. I've seen elsewhere in the forums where people are hiding the delete button, but that isn't for O365 so I can't seem to make it translate. Is this possible?

Does anyone know how to stop a form from being in Edit mode once the form has been submitted?

When the form has been submitted and the workflow starts, the form can still be amended once the workflow starts, is there anyway to show the form in edit Mode only once the form has been submitted and the workflow starts?

Loop through four names and then start again

Hi, I have a workflow that sort of functions like a help desk. On another list, I have four names of people who are assigned tickets in rotation. Let's call them A, B, C, D. For the first one that comes in, person A is up, so the workflow pulls in their name and sends them an email. 2nd - B and so on, until ticket 5 when it restarts.  I've even called Nintex for this and they couldn't do it. But I don't believe it's impossible.

How to stop user to create more than 1 item

Hi, Is it possible to stop user to create more than one item using Nintex forms(Responsive) in Office 365 (Sharepoint Online)? I tried to get values for the Created By equal to Current user but the List Lookup always gives "Please select a value as default and my name" if there is an item present. I wasn't able to created a rule to check if the List Lookup has value or not. I have tried lenth() but it shows 0 for the default value Can you please let me know how to acheive this functionality? Thanks

Unable to access swagger file api location

Good Morning, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I had a recent password change (this is not on the service account). After changing my password my connections to the K2 workflows from ms flow started failing. I updated my password in the connector but it did not make the connection. I then started trying to troubleshoot that and when I attempted to open the swagger file location for the api in the management it prompts for my password then does not load. I have cleared the cache and all passwords from the browser as well as trying a different browser to no avail. I can still access the designer and management. any ideas?Thanks,Ben

Sign In/Sign Out Register using NWC & SharePoint

In preparation for return to work at Level 3, we have developed a sign-in register for external visitors using their own devices (i.e. QR code scanning) which then opens a NWC form for them to sign in.  The form data is then saved to a SharePoint online list.  This works perfectly, but now I've been asked for additional capability for the external user to be able to sign out when they leave our sites and I'm not sure how to achieve this given that the form data is saved in SharePoint, which external users can't access (via their own devices) to then update the form and sign out.  Help please! I'm very new to NWC so any help appreciated :-) Thanks!

Single row updation in editable list view

HiI am having a editable list view where 3 columns are there.2 read only and one is editable. It retrieves the data as per id. If for a perticular id,one row is retrieved and if I have to update the one column in single row ,its not updating While if 3 rows are retrieved,then the updation is done properly. example: for id =30code   version  stat------------------------------7877      1           7879      27800      3 for id=40code  version stat7801      1          Here for id =30, I am able to update rows as if I add value for stat in one row and if I select  next row,the value gets updated but for id=40,if I change value of stat and as there is no other row to click on , if I click outside also value didnt get update.Only after pressing Enter key then the value getting updated.Please help me in this regard.Rule  attached.
