Issue
Processes that have numbers in their Process Title may not show in the the left hand navigation bar in numerical order.
Resolution
A Promaster can move the Processes manually into the order you desire:
- Go to the Admin menu and select the Manage Groups option
- Expand the folder tree to find the Group and Processes you wish to move around
- Drag and drop the Processes into the order you desire
Additional Information
This is a limitation where the Title field being an alphanumerical field and is ordered alphabetically rather than numerically.
