Hi All, anyone uses Nintex process manager to audit process? If yes how? I use the it to add, update and keep processes, but I think I am missing auditing. Any idea?

My first question here in the forum. Hope everyone is well.

Hi Raquel,

Depending on what you mean by audit, there are a couple ideas I have:

  1. If you mean to check for accuracy and use, you can use the checklist functionality to have the team run through the process and confirm each of the activities are performed and give feedback where the process is incorrect or lacks clarity to help build better guidance.
  2. If you are referring to more formal audits, many organizations use PM to do this. You can provide viewing permissions on process groups and then provide auditors access, which allows them to perform their role using the written processes.
