Problem
Customers might request Process Manager support to assign new Promasters for them when their tenant site's existing Promasters have either moved to a different role or left the company.
Solution
In this case, the support agent has to follow the below workarounds:
1. Login to the tenant site and give the specific user the Promaster privilege as requested by the customer.2. If the Support agent doesn't have access to the tenant site to update Promaster privilege for the specific user, they will need to follow this process - https://au.promapp.com/promapp/Process/205ef58c-6f5b-44d1-b055-35a0a95d9b7c to further login to the tenant site and amend the change requested by the customer.
