Enable process import and export to XML

To enable the import and export to XML functionality, a Promaster must:

1. Select Admin > Configure.
2. Expand Print, Import and Export.
3. Set Enable process import/export to XML to ON.

Now, when editing a process, the Export > Export to XML option is available.
