Promasters need to allow Nintex Support access to their Process Manager site to investigate any support cases. To enable Nintex Support access: 

  1. Navigate to Admin > Configure > Security.
  2. Locate Allow Process Manager Support access until
  3. Select the edit pencil and change the date to your chosen date. We recommend allowing at least one week to fully investigate any issues. 
  4. Select the save icon to save the changes.
