Have you developed a best practice for staff to use or a business rule around the deletion or redaction of information?

+2I have created a plan around this to account for the potential capture of PI/SPI that our cyber and privacy teams approved. A restricted permission folder created for specific capture based role created. Capture is used only within this folder. Once a draft process is generated the capture screenshots are deleted before relocating the map location to the proper capability model location. Also our IT blocked user access to download widget needed. We submit IT requests to install widget files for use, and then IT request to remove widget files once everything they needed capture for is completed. Hope that helps!
